Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to consulting engagements with Datastackpoint Co., Ltd., including Experiment Performance Reviews, Test Design Consultations, Weekly Experiment Readouts, and Funnel Metric Health Checks. It does not cover physical goods, software licenses, or subscription products, which we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when work has not substantially started, when Datastackpoint cancels an engagement we cannot staff, or when a written confirmation is terminated by mutual agreement before deliverables are produced.
Timeframe to request
Please request a refund or cancellation in writing to hello@datastackpoint.digital within 7 days of the triggering event (cancellation notice, missed kickoff caused by us, or mutual termination). Deposit disputes should be raised before the scheduled kickoff whenever possible.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund of amounts paid if we cancel, if kickoff never occurs due to our scheduling failure, or if you cancel more than 5 business days before the agreed start and no preparatory work has been performed.
- Partial refund if you cancel within 5 business days of start or after intake has begun: we retain a fair portion reflecting time already spent on brief review, data preparation, or reserved calendar slots, typically 30–50% of the engagement fee, and refund the remainder.
- No refund for completed deliverables (written readouts, completed consultations, finished weekly blocks) or for portions of work already accepted in writing.
Non-refundable items
Third-party costs expressly approved by you in advance (for example, booked meeting-room hire for an on-site Bangkok workshop) are non-refundable once incurred. Deposits may become non-refundable once substantive analysis has started, as described above.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@datastackpoint.digital with your invoice number, engagement name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer to the paying entity.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a consultation or kickoff once at no charge with at least 2 business days’ notice. Later changes may forfeit part of the deposit if we cannot fill the reserved slot. Weekly readout blocks may be paused for one week by mutual agreement; unused weeks at the end of a block can be extended once or credited toward a follow-on block, not cashed out after work has been delivered.
Deposits, no-shows, and work already started
A 50% deposit typically reserves dates. No-shows for scheduled calls without 24 hours’ notice may consume the session fee for Test Design Consultations. Once analysis of your experiment exports has begun, that portion of the fee is earned even if you later decide not to proceed to the live readout.
Exceptions
Mandatory consumer protections under Thai law, where applicable, take precedence over this policy. Force majeure events that prevent delivery will entitle you to reschedule or receive a refund of unearned fees.
