These terms govern access to the Datastackpoint website and engagement of consulting services offered by Datastackpoint Co., Ltd. (“Datastackpoint,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance
If you browse the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not submit engagement requests.
Services
Datastackpoint provides human-delivered A/B testing performance analytics consulting, including experiment reviews, design consultations, weekly readouts, and funnel metric health checks. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate written confirmation (email or statement of work) defines scope, fees, and deliverables for each engagement.
No online checkout
Published rates are guidance only. We do not process payments through this website. Invoices are issued separately under Thai business practice.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and original materials created by Datastackpoint remain our property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. Client data, experiment exports, and confidential product materials remain yours. You grant us a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the engagement.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you share, for securing any internal approvals needed to disclose experiment results, and for decisions your organization makes after receiving our recommendations. Our readouts inform judgment; they do not replace your product, legal, or financial accountability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Datastackpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on consulting deliverables. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Warranties
The website is provided as available. Consulting work is performed with professional care. We do not warrant that following a recommendation will produce a particular commercial outcome, because experiments and markets vary.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for site use; active engagements follow the confirmation already issued unless both parties agree otherwise.
