These terms govern your use of datastackpoint.digital and advisory engagements with Datastackpoint (“we”, “us”), based at 119/11 Soi Saladaeng 2, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok, 10500, Thailand.

Services

We provide analytics advisory services related to trial-to-paid conversion—including audits, workshops, written reports, experiment design, and retainers. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A separate statement of work confirms scope, fees, and schedule before paid work begins.

No platform or payment processing

This website does not sell software subscriptions or process payments. Contact forms request information only; submitting a form does not create a paid contract.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate product and analytics context needed for the engagement, and to ensure you have rights to share any data or credentials involved. You remain responsible for decisions made using our deliverables.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment for an engagement, you receive a license to use deliverables prepared for you within your organization. Our methods, templates, and pre-existing materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public business information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We do not guarantee specific conversion outcomes.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape content in a way that harms service for others. Content is provided as-is for general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless otherwise required by applicable law.
